Production Time: Because all of our products are made to order, your order may take 2-4 weeks before shipment. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. If rush service is necessary, please contact us before placing an order and we will do our very best to work with you to meet your deadline. Christmas Deadline is December 1st, 2014.
Shipping: All orders will be shipped using FedEx ground. Shipping charges are as provided by FedEx and may change at any time without notice. Harbinger Laser reserves the right to add addiitonal handling fees to any order.

Order Cancellation and Changes: Orders may be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of online/phone placement by contacting Harbinger Laser at 1-269-445-1499 as soon as possible. Orders cancelled or changed after the 24 hour window may be subject to a cancellation fee up to half of the total purchase price.
Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returned products due to a change of mind. Our products are created using natural materials; we cannot accept a return based on the lay of the wood grain or coloration of the wood. We enter customization information based on what is given to us by the customer during order. If an error has been made by the customer, we are unable to offer a return or refund. When selecting customization options, please verify that all information has been input correctly. In most cases, a PDF is sent to the customer for approval. If there the PDF is approved, there can be no further changes to the design.
If an error has been made on our part or your product arrives defective or damaged, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product so we can resolve the issue. Clock mechanisms have a 90 day warranty. Please direct all return requests to email@example.com to receive a return authorization code. Any products returned without a valid return authorization code will be returned to sender and a refund will not be performed. Any returns initiated more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.
